Before you start
Welcome to the Quendoo developer centre. Quendoo is a hospitality suite used by hotels across Southeastern Europe: booking engine, channel manager, AI agents, revenue management and more. Quendoo Connect is the open API that lets your product work with all of it.
We are always glad to welcome an integration — and it is free. There is no partner fee, no certification fee and no charge per API call, for you or for the hotels you connect.
Integration types
- Industry solutions — a PMS, channel manager, revenue tool, CRM, door-lock or guest-messaging product that many Quendoo hotels can switch on. These are the integrations we promote to our hotels once they are live.
- Project integrations — something built for one hotel or one group: a data export, a custom report, a link to an in-house system. Same API, same rules, scoped to the properties that asked for it.
What the API covers
- Structure — properties, room types, rate plans, extra services, policies, promotions, age groups.
- Inventory — availability, prices and restrictions, read and write, in date ranges.
- Bookings — a feed you poll and acknowledge, with webhooks as a low-latency doorbell; create, cancel and mark no-show.
- Analytics — traffic, funnel, bookings and on-the-books pace.

Fair use
Every client has per-minute rate limits, returned on each response as
X-RateLimit-* headers. They are there to keep the platform fast for
every hotel, not to bill anyone. Sync in date ranges rather than day by
day, back off on 429, and you will not notice them. Details:
