Receiving bookings

Every booking, change, cancellation and no-show is a revision on the feed. Your side:

1. Polls GET /v1/qc/booking_revisions/feed?since=<last id>.
2. Saves each revision — the payload is the booking's full state, not a diff.
3. Acknowledges it: POST /v1/qc/booking_revisions/{id}/ack. An unacknowledged revision keeps coming back, which is your crash safety.

Webhooks (booking.created and others) tell you to poll now instead of waiting for the next cycle. They are a doorbell, not the delivery: always read the feed.

Guest email and phone are masked in the feed.
