Revenue management

A revenue tool reads demand and writes prices.

• Read: prices and restrictions per rate plan, availability per room type, and analytics — traffic, funnel, bookings and on-the-books pace (analytics.read scope). See the API reference.
• Write: prices and restrictions in date ranges. Write to the parent plan: derived plans follow it by their own rule, and a price sent to a derived plan comes back as a warning.
• Send only what changed. A daily full re-push of a year of prices is avoidable load and will meet the rate limits.
